Cross Hotel Osaka is a culinary and travel gem in the heart of bustling Dotonbori. the sizeable rooms offer a welcome sanctuary, complete with a comfortable bed and a sleek, modern bathroom featuring a separate shower. the housekeeping team ensured that every detail was immaculately taken care of, replenishing supplies daily. the hotel's prime location is a foodie's dream, with a myriad of dining options just steps away, from French bistros to authentic Japanese eateries. the can-do attitude of the staff, though some struggled with English, added a personal touch to the service. Just a minute's walk from the iconic Dotonbori area and mere steps from the vibrant Namba Subway Station, the convenience couldn't be beaten. the immediate neighborhood brims with an array of bars and restaurants, promising a culinary adventure at every turn. We found the complimentary bottle of water in the stylish rooms, along with the free WiFi, to be thoughtful touches. One highlight of our stay was the wonderful Club floor access, offering a minimalist yet cozy atmosphere. the culinary prowess continued at the hotel's restaurants, including the French Kitchen ZERO, where a variety of Western and Japanese delights awaited.
